Buying Property on PEI

Congratulations!  You have decided to purchase a home, or are thinking about buying one.  You'll be joining the ranks of hundreds of families who realize that home ownership offers a number of benefits including building equity, saving for the future, and creating an environment for your family.  When you own your own home, your hard-earned dollars contribute to your mortgage.

The equity you earn is yours.  Over time, your home will increase in value.

I believe that buying property is a team approach, and as the realtor, you complete the team with the purchasers and their family. In every case, you are the professional and you must provide the leadership and the knowledge. Being part of any team is a privilege which you must earn through your hard work and dedication. In 1993 I had the amazing privilege of coaching the PEI Men's Canada Games Softball Team to the only Canada Games medal ever won by a PEI Team. We followed a very simple philosophy.

"Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you react to it "As we go through the steps of finding you the property you love, there will be some ups and downs, but I will be with you every step of the way to make sure this process is as stress free as possible.

In the following reports, you'll find the information you need to make a wise buying decision.  We'll take you through the planning process step-by-step, to help you determine which home is right for you.  You'll find a host of informative articles on mortgages, viewing homes, the offer, closing details and moving.

Please contact me if you have any questions about buying a home in Charlottetown or elsewhere in Prince Edward Island.
